SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Illinois, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:

Col. Scot Heathman, 375th Air Mobility Wing commander, held an all call recently for 350 dorm residents to get their feedback about living conditions and other issues they may be having.
He opened by saying that he and Chief Master Sgt. Leon Calloway, 375th AMW command chief, had been tracking what had been happening in the dorms for a couple months . . .
