WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, chairman of the House Judiciary subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law, issued the following statement on the committee passage of the Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act (H.R. 1423):
