WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The Congressional Progressive Caucus issued the following statement by co-chairs Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal and Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Texas, on the draft drug pricing proposal from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office:
