JONESBORO, Arkansas, Sept. 10 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:

Governor Asa Hutchinson participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony today at the Craighead County Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Jonesboro, which is the fourth and final CSU authorized under Act 423 of 2017.
