Cox Media Group (CMG) has appointed Michelle Harper, vice president of corporate sales, to the position of vice president and general manager of WHBQ, FOX13 Memphis, effective immediately. In her new role, Harper will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all station departments and functions, including news, sales, marketing, production, programming, community affairs and more.
