NEW YORK, Sept. 6 -- Rep. Eliot Engel, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Eliot L. Engel announced today that Chabad of Yonkers has received a $100,000 Federal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) grant to improve safety measures at the synagogue.
