WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- Rep. Tom Reed, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Today, Rep. Tom Reed teamed up with Salamanca Mayor Mike Smith and Salamanca Fire Chief Nick Bocharski to speak out against Governor Cuomo for withholding duly owed payments to the City of Salamanca. The funds have been wrongly withheld because of an unrelated political dispute with the Seneca Nation over gaming revenues.
