PENDLETON, Oregon, Sept. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Umatilla National Forest - issued the following news release:
As part of a long-standing tradition, The Community Action Program of East Central Oregon (CAPECO), in partnership with the Heppner Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest, employed five Morrow County youth to complete important project work on the National Forest this summer.
