PIKEVILLE, Kentucky, Sept. 6 -- Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release:

Speaking at the SOAR Summit in Pikeville today, Gov. Matt Bevin and Congressman Hal Rogers announced completion of the construction phase of the KentuckyWired project in Eastern Kentucky.
