HOUSTON, Texas, Sept. 6 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement in response to reports Iran will expand its violation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action or the Iran nuclear deal by building prohibited centrifuges:
