WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Rep. Chuck Fleischmann, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after Gov. Bill Lee, R-Tennessee, announced Hodgen Mainda as Commissioner of the Tennessee Commerce and Insurance Department:
"I applaud Governor Lee for naming Hogden Mainda as Tennessee's Commissioner of Commerce and Insurance.
