TUCSON, Arizona, Sept. 5 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release:
In response to a lawsuit from the Center for Biological Diversity and Maricopa Audubon, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service today agreed that designating additional critical habitat for the Mount Graham red squirrel may be warranted.
