WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Rep. Raul M. Grijalva, D-Arizona, chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, issued the following statement on the Government Accountability Office ruling that the Trump administration used federal money on the government shutdown to mitigate damage to National Park Service sites:
