EL PASO, Texas, Sept. 6 -- The House Judiciary subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship issued the following testimony by YWCA CEO Alejandra Y. Castillo at a field hearing entitled "Oversight of the Trump Administration's Border Policies and the Relationship Between Anti-Immigrant Rhetoric and Domestic Terrorism":
