CINCINNATI, Ohio, Sept. 4 -- The city of Cincinnati issued the following news:
Placing the wrong items in recycling is a big problem. A recent audit of the City of Cincinnati's recycling found that 28% of the material placed in curbside recycling containers isn't accepted in the City's recycling program.
