ROCHESTER, New York, Sept. 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Dr. Anthony Leone, 55, of Clarence, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to unlawful possession of a controlled substance and making material false statements. The charges carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
