WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California, issued the following statement on a shooting incident in west Texas:
"When will enough be enough? When will opponents to gun safety reform stand up to the gun violence epidemic that it taking so many American lives?
