WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release:
A federal court entered a consent decree of permanent injunction against defendants Basic Reset and Biogenyx, as well as their owner, Fred R. Kaufman III, and Kimberly Kaufman, the Department of Justice announced today. The permanent injunction enjoins the defendants from distributing unapproved new drugs and misbranded and adulterated dietary supplements, and a misbranded and adulterated device . . .
