AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 3 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott today announced his intention to appoint Megan Fahey as Judge of the 348th Judicial District Court in Tarrant County upon Judge Mike Wallach's formal resignation.
Megan Fahey of Fort Worth was as an associate attorney for Bracewell LLP and Jenner & Block, LLC before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office in 2005, where she has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney . . .
