ALBANY, New York, Sept. 2 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following statement on Labor Day:
"Labor Day is a celebration of the determination and the achievements of hard working men and women across this great state and nation. The labor movement was born here in New York more than a century ago, in the wake of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, and we are continuously fighting for the respect, pride and dignity of all our workers.
