INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Aug. 19 -- Gov. Eric J. Holcomb, R-Indiana, issued the following statement regarding Indiana National Guard Staff Sgt. Andrew St. John, who died at Fort Hood, Texas, in a tactical vehicle accident:
