WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 -- Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyoming, issued the following statements with Sens. Mike Enzi, R-Wyoming, and John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, after the Environmental Protection Agency proposed updates to the prior administration's national methane standards for the oil and natural gas industry under the Clean Air Act's New Source Performance Standards program:
