ORLANDO, Florida, Aug. 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Maria Chapa Lopez, issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announces that a federal jury today found Jonathan Hipps (34, Warner Robins, Georgia) guilty of mail fraud, concealment of material facts from a federal agency, and providing a false document to a federal agency. Hipps faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled . . .
