ALBANY, New York, Aug. 28 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:

Buffalo City School District - Charter School Tuition Billing (Erie County)
District officials did not include the proper formula for the Public Excess Cost Aid (PECA) set-aside amount in the billing template they provided to charter . . .
