NEW YORK, Aug. 28 -- The Police Benevolent Association of New York issued the following statement by President Patrick J. Lynch:
The NYC PBA's delegate assembly today unanimously approved resolutions of no confidence in Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner James O'Neill, calling for Commissioner O'Neill's resignation and Mayor de Blasio's removal by the governor.
