SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Aug. 28 -- Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-o8) announced $85,000 in federal grants to improve the quality of two health care facilities in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The first grant totals $36,000 and will be awarded to the Scranton Primary Health Care Center, Inc.; the second grant, which totals $49,000, will be awarded to the Rural Health Corporation of Northeastern . . .
