CHICAGO, Illinois, Aug. 21 -- Rep. Jesus Chuy Garcia, D-Illinois, issued the following statement regarding the Trump administration's rule that will undercut the Flores Settlement Agreement that currently restricts how long officials can detain migrant children and establishes basic standards for their care:
