WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement after the Russian government denied him a visa to enter the country as part of an upcoming bipartisan congressional delegation:
