PEARL RIVER, New York, Aug. 27 -- Orange and Rockland Utilities issued the following news release:
Orange & Rockland has donated $15,000 to help support People to People's Back to School with Dignity effort this year, a program that since 1994 has sent thousands of Rockland County's needy children back to school each year ready to succeed.
