HOUSTON, Texas, Aug. 27 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Ryan K. Patrick, issued the following news release:
The former owner of SPORTS @ THE B.U.S. has been indicted on tax and bankruptcy fraud charges, announced U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick.
Todd Dixon will appear in court for a counsel determination hearing today at 10:00 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter J. Bray.
A federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment agains . . .
