PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Aug. 27 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District's emergency power team deployed to Florida and Puerto Rico, today, in anticipation of Tropical Storm Dorian's landfall.
