DETROIT, Michigan, Aug. 26 -- The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments issued the following news release:
SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, and its partner organization the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition (MAC), conducted a survey on issues related to implementing legalized recreational marijuana, as supported by Michigan voters last November. The survey was aimed at local government officials, but also sought responses from the public and other stakeholders . . .
