ATLANTA, Georgia, Aug. 22 -- Emory University's Winship Cancer Institute issued the following news release:
Four Winship investigators have been named the inaugural recipients of pilot grants funded by the Winship Lung Cancer Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE). Each pilot grant provides $50,000 per year to support projects focused on career enhancement or developmental research.
