WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) released the following statement on the appalling report by the Clarksburg Exponent Telegram that at least one of the up to 11 suspicious deaths being investigated at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center has been ruled a homicide. The other nine or ten are also suspected to be homicides.
