WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced grants totaling more than $3 million dollars for health centers across West Virginia.
