Dallas Partner Elizabeth Lang Miers, a member of Locke Lord's Appellate Practice Group, was sworn in as 2019-2020 Chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Judicial Division during the ABA's Annual Meeting. The Judicial Division is comprised of judges from all jurisdictions and types of courts as well as lawyers who support and are dedicated to improving the American judicial system.
