JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Aug. 22 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Health and Human Services Department announced federal grants totaling $258,198 to the Rural Health Services Consortium in Rogersville and Rural Medical Services in Newport:
