JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Aug. 22 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Trump administration announced plans to close an immigration loophole known as the Flores Settlement, which will ensure immigrant families are kept together and our laws are not abused:
