U.S. Merchant Marine Academy: Midshipmen Compete at Governor's Cup

KINGS POINT, New York, Aug. 22 -- The Maritime Administration's U.S. Merchant Marine Academy issued the following news release:

The 5th Annual Governor's Cup Charity Regatta took place on Aug. 17. The field of 33 boats included three from USMMA:

BLACK DIAMOND, USA 26, Midshipman Cooper Seipert

M.A.T. 1180, Midshipman Neeko Helbich

USA 35, Midshipman Veronica Grabiak.

All three raced in the 11-boat PHRF (Performance Handicap Racing . . .
