KINGS POINT, New York, Aug. 22 -- The Maritime Administration's U.S. Merchant Marine Academy issued the following news release:
On Monday, Rear Admiral Jack Buono, Superintendent, Dr. John Ballard, Academic Dean and Provost, and Captain Mike Stroud, Commandant of Midshipmen, along with Commander Paul Acquaro, Director of the Academic Center of Excellence presented Gold and Silver Stars to midshipmen demonstrating academic excellence during the third term of Academic Year 2018-2019.< . . .
