PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release:
Vasiliy V. Barbiyeru, Jr., 24, of Newberg, Oregon, pleaded guilty today to one count of transmitting a threatening interstate communication.
