WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following statement after the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control and Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network announced actions to bring financial pressure against Chinese kingpins who manufacture, sell or distribute synthetic opioids or their precursor chemicals:
