ELIZABETH, New Jersey, Aug. 21 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement after visiting the Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in New Jersey that holds approximately 300 immigrant detainees:
