WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy issued the following news release:
Today, the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy (FE) announced a congressionally mandated Notice of Sale of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
