CAMDEN, New Jersey, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:
An Ocean County, New Jersey, woman was sentenced today to 24 months in prison for defrauding New Jersey state health benefits programs and other insurers by submitting fraudulent claims for medically unnecessary prescriptions, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Kristie Masucci, 37, of Cedar Run, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty . . .
