GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Air Force (17th Training Wing) issued the following news:

The 17th Training Wing celebrated the induction of the newest senior noncommissioned officers at the Event Center here August 16.
The inductees are transitioning from being technical experts and first line supervisors to operational leaders skilled in merging subordinates' talents, skills, and resources with other teams' functio . . .
