KINGSTON, New York, Aug. 19 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following statement in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair, which took place in Bethel, Sullivan County, from Aug. 15-18, 1969:
"This weekend marks the fiftieth anniversary of a music festival and historical event unlike any other.
