SCEHNECTADY, New York, Aug. 13 -- Schenectady County Community College issued the following news release:
When students begin the new SUNY Schenectady Mobile Food Service Certificate program this fall, they won't have to imagine what it will be like to prepare cuisine in a food truck; they will have a mobile food service classroom on wheels serving as a hands-on learning tool.
