OAK HARBOR, Ohio, Aug. 16 -- The American Bird Conservancy issued the following news release:
The Icebreaker Wind project, proposed to the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB), would place a six-turbine pilot wind energy facility offshore of Cleveland, Ohio.
