CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, Aug. 16 -- Duke Energy issued the following statement by President Stephen De May after North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality released its draft clean energy plan, as directed by as directed in an executive order (No. 80) by Gov. Roy Cooper:
